Terry Richards
Entrepreneur, Financial Service Executive with over 40 years of managerial experience. Mr. Richards was the founder and President of On-Line Strategies (OLS), a highly successful online transaction processing company based in Dallas, TX. After the sale of OLS, Mr. Richards formed and now leads several entities including R&R Ranches, R&R Investments and Dabble, LLC. He and his investment partners now manage and assist companies with their needs for “next stage” capitol. Prior to OLS, as a Vice President of Shared Financial and S2 Systems, Mr. Richards led both companies’ technical and professional services infrastructure, and provided support and guidance to many of the world’s largest banks, retailers, healthcare organizations, prepaid and financial services providers. In prior years, Mr. Richards held leadership positions with Pacific Technologies, Banking Systems, and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS).
Clay Richards
As a sales and business development executive, Clay Richards has been highly successful in a variety of management roles including business development, project management and account management. Previously employed at Stag Energy Services, he was responsible for business development, account administration, vendor relations and service delivery. He was responsible for significantly increased sales and the addition of new business lines. Prior to that, he was a leader in sales and service delivery at RSC Equipment Rental. Clay also spent time with OLS learning online transaction processing. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Tarleton State University.
